Creates an IFilter Manager Object. Requires Ffiltmgr.dll (ActiveX DLL) to be registered.

Parameters

pVal

[out, retval] The returned value is a handle of the IFilter Manager Object object or 0 if failed.

Return Values

S_OK

The operation was successfull.

E_POINTER

A NULL pointer was supplied as an argument.
